Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation or daydreaming—it is very safe and pleasant to experience. Hypnosis works through accessing the power of the subconscious mind. The power of the subconscious is what allows clients’ behaviors to change or improve—Dianna simply provides the hypnotic suggestions to do so.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. This means that hypnotism isn’t something that’s “done to someone”. The hypnotic state originates with the client; the hypnotist guides the client through this natural and soothing phenomenon in order to achieve the desired outcome.

What Happens to the Client?

It is said that a session of hypnosis makes the client feel as though they have slept for a few hours. Clients simply close their eyes, relax and listen as Dianna describes beautifully relaxing scenes and imagery that enables them to achieve their goals. Clients need not worry that they will get “stuck” in hypnosis or that the hypnotist will make them do something against their will. It is impossible to be stuck in hypnosis; clients would simply emerge on their own if left alone for a few minutes and a hypnotist cannot make a client do anything that conflicts with their moral beliefs. Clients under hypnosis always have the ability to reject any suggestion. A client’s deep secrets will not be divulged by hypnosis either, unless the client actually wants them to be disclosed. Dianna gives suggestions that the client desires, and tailors each session to each clients’ unique needs. Clients emerge from hypnosis feeling refreshed, relaxed and empowered.

Clients are provided with high quality, sound-edited recordings of each session for use at home to reinforce each session.
